The firm is led by Meg Berghausen St. Pierre, a finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience. Meg works directly with every client. Her approach is hands-on, collaborative, and tailored to each business’s size and stage.

Before founding YBB Solutions Group, Meg spent more than a decade in senior finance leadership roles at a growing professional services firm. She led finance, HR, and administrative functions through sustained growth and change. This work required disciplined planning, adaptable systems, and strong operational execution.

Earlier in her career, Meg worked in equity research at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. There, she built deep expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, valuation, and strategic thinking. That foundation continues to shape her work today.

In 2019, Meg was named CFO of the Year: Best Growth Manager by NJ Biz Magazine. The recognition reflects her ability to guide organizations through growth, complexity, and uncertainty.
